1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the m7777 platform — including its website, mobile interface, or any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of m7777 and may not register an account. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and m7777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To open and maintain an m7777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement enforced through our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• You are accessing m7777 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, employee, or representative of another person or legal entity.

• You have not previously been excluded or banned from m7777 or had an account suspended for violations of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on m7777. Duplicate accounts — whether created with the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, m7777 will close all but one account and may forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC or passport number, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify m7777 support of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m7777 login credentials. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your username or password with any third party, including family members.
• Notify m7777 immediately via Live Chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out from all shared or public devices after each session.

m7777 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or Live Chat. Any communication claiming to require your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All transactions on m7777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). m7777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your m7777 account in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and displayed on the cashier page. m7777 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours for standard requests, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold set for your chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit (same-source rule).
• m7777 reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing any withdrawal exceeding Rs 50,000.

m7777 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account will be refunded and the transaction flagged for review.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

m7777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement", specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while certain table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Game contribution rates are listed on the relevant promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated offer window, or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While an active bonus is applied to your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or game event is Rs 2,000 unless the promotion specifies a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in winnings being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: m7777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we reasonably determine that a player has exploited, manipulated, or abused any promotional offer, including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus wagering requirement remains incomplete may result in forfeiture of the incomplete bonus.

m7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively in progress, except where fraud or abuse is involved.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on m7777 are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict, game-specific rules take precedence over these general Terms.

Key general betting rules include:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the m7777 system and a bet ID has been issued. Bets placed during a system error or connectivity issue may be voided at m7777's discretion.
• m7777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or maximum number of open bets on any market, game, or account, at any time and without prior notice.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), m7777 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended or refused at any time during a match or event.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 matches — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or void matches are settled according to m7777's cricket-specific rules.
• Casino and slot game results are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are final once the game round is complete.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

m7777 is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Operating or benefiting from more than one m7777 account simultaneously.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or misconfigured promotions — any winnings generated through a known error must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the m7777 platform.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity during KYC verification.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your m7777 account to another person.

m7777 employs automated monitoring systems and a dedicated compliance team to detect suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, m7777 will act promptly and may withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Players under investigation will be notified where legally permissible.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the m7777 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m7777 shall not be liable for:

• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or bonus forfeiture.
• Technical errors or connectivity issues on your device or network that result in a bet or game session being interrupted or lost.
• Any third-party content, links, or services accessed through the platform.

m7777's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

m7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request from the account holder.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations requiring us to do so.

Upon termination for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting m7777 support via Live Chat. Voluntary account closures are processed within 48 hours.

13. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account action, or any other m7777 service, you should follow the below process:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Raise your complaint with the m7777 Live Chat or email support team. Provide your account username, a description of the issue, and any supporting screenshots. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 – Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily at the first stage, request escalation to the m7777 Disputes Team. A written response will be provided within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 – Final Review: If you remain unsatisfied after the Disputes Team response, you may request a final review by m7777 senior management. A final decision will be issued within 14 business days and will be binding.

Disputes relating to bet outcomes must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant game or event result. m7777 will not consider disputes submitted outside this window.

14. Amendments to These Terms

m7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, m7777 will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to the address registered on your account at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the m7777 platform after an amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page and supersedes all prior versions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licensing jurisdiction under which m7777 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process set out in Clause 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
